About The Role:

A prominent UK architecture practice is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to support a diverse range of projects in the UK and overseas.

The role involves working closely with senior team members to contribute to large-scale projects through document management, administration, and finance. It includes hands-on project coordination, implementing processes, managing project requirements, prioritizing workloads, and monitoring project performance in terms of time, cost, and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with the accounts team to prepare invoices and gather timesheets. The ideal candidate will have experience with project controls software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking project data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement processes and controls at various project stages
  • Collaborate with the project control team to understand requirements
  • Coordinate annual leave and workload prioritization
  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Manage project change processes and integrate them into plans
  • Set up applications for payments and invoices
  • Manage data on document management systems
  • Assist subconsultants with administrative tasks
  • Support internal and external project audits
  • Assist the accounts team with project finance
Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
  • Good numeracy and IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
