Harniss Building Services Solutions is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our contracting team in the UK. The role is primarily administrative, supporting Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and clients to keep documentation, records and communications up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
You will manage document control, organise project files, schedule meetings and chase actions, while using Procore, Procure or similar systems to keep information accurate

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily administrative in nature and will provide essential support to our Contracting team, ensuring project documentation, records, communications and processes are managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients, you will help coordinate project information, maintain accurate project records and support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
The position is available at either our Kettering or Fareham office.
