Within our Capital Delivery and Commercial department, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Capital Design team in Derby.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering projects successfully. You’ll work with the project design team to track and distribute information, ensuring the project runs smoothly during the design phase.
Your responsibilities include gathering site information, supporting business case drafting for governance approval, drafting service orders for consultant contracts, assisting design managers with programmes, liaising with design engineers on deliverables, and providing general administrative support.
You should have experience producing data, preparing monthly performance reports with statistics, and working within a team environment.
Being well-organized with meticulous attention to detail, along with excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills, is essential.
