The Company you will work for

MTrec Commercial is proudly representing our industry-leading client in their search for an experienced Project Coordinator. This role offers the chance to be part of a new and exciting project within a well-established company, providing opportunities for skill development and career growth. The Role you will be doing
  • Set up and manage SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and SOP libraries
  • Build and maintain MS Planner boards, action logs, and task ownership flows
  • Assist with data collation, benefits tracking, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare packs, and ensure smooth progress of actions
  • Act as a key liaison between the Logistics Manager and other departments (Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Communications, etc.)
  • Help create structure from multiple moving parts
  • Transform vision into actionable execution
  • Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm
About you
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Previous project coordination, organizational, and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS365 (Planner, SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Excel, Word, Power BI) is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising across departments
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Creative mindset
  • Ability to translate vision into action
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Ability to influence others to maintain momentum
  • Capable of following instructions and executing tasks accordingly
