MTrec Commercial is proudly representing our industry-leading client in their search for an experienced Project Coordinator. The Role you will be doing
- Set up and manage SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and SOP libraries
- Build and maintain MS Planner boards, action logs, and task ownership flows
- Assist with data collation, benefits tracking, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate meetings, prepare packs, and ensure smooth progress of actions
- Act as a key liaison between the Logistics Manager and other departments (Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Communications, etc.)
- Help create structure from multiple moving parts
- Transform vision into actionable execution
- Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm
About you
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous project coordination, organizational, and administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS365 (Planner, SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Excel, Word, Power BI) is essential
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising across departments
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Creative mindset
- Ability to translate vision into action
- Full UK driving license required
- Ability to influence others to maintain momentum
- Capable of following instructions and executing tasks accordingly
