Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting a Project Controls Manager to lead controls across a portfolio of complex capital projects in London. The role focuses on implementing controls, baseline management, and period-end processes with strong governance and risk oversight.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and liaise with stakeholders across high-value programmes, ensuring safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Project Controls within major capital projects or programmes.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, governance, change control, cost and risk management.
• Experience using project scheduling and reporting tools such as Primavera P3e, MS Project and Excel.
• Experience creating, adapting and monitoring project controls and integrated baselines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading or managing Project Controls teams.
• Recognised Project Management qualification such as APM Professional.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead and coordinate Project Controls activities across a portfolio of complex capital projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Project Controls processes across assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and programme baselines.
• Lead period-end processes, including progress assessment, expenditure tracking and reporting.

• Lead and support a team delivering high-quality project controls outputs.

Essential Experience
