Job summary

Infraspec London is growing its Project Controls team for major infrastructure programmes. You’ll be embedded with project teams, providing controls, insights and performance reporting to keep complex programmes moving forward.

We’re looking for people with a strong foundation in planning, cost, risk, EVM or change management, ready to deepen expertise, take on more responsibility and progress within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls on complex projects or programmes.
• Background in planning, cost, risk, change or performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse project information and translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Embed within major projects, work with project teams and clients to understand performance and provide controls.
• Deliver insights and governance output to keep programmes moving forward.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost forecasts and performance reports.

Ready for a Project Controls role with bigger projects, greater exposure, and a clear route to progress?

We’re growing a Project Controls team in London and looking for experienced professionals who want to play a key role in the delivery of some of the UK’s most complex and nationally significant programmes.

This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines producing reports.

You’ll be embedded within major projects, working alongside project teams and clients to understand performance, challenge where needed and provide the controls and insight that keep complex programmes moving forward.

Planning & Scheduling | Cost & Forecasting | EVM | Risk | Change | Performance & Reporting | Governance

You don’t necessarily need to be an expert across every area.

We’re interested in speaking with people who have developed a strong foundation within Project Controls and are ready to deepen their expertise, broaden their experience and take on more responsibility.

We’d particularly like to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working within Project Controls on complex projects or programmes
• A background in planning, cost, risk, change or performance management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The confidence to analyse project information and turn it into meaningful insight
• Experience within infrastructure, engineering, construction, energy, defence, utilities, transport or rail

Experience with cost management, Earned Value Management (EVM) and NEC contracts would be particularly valuable.

Knowledge of tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI and Excel would also be beneficial.
