Job summary

ARM is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead and coordinate controls across a portfolio of complex capital projects in London. The contract role offers £490 per day Umbrella and requires strong expertise in scheduling, cost and risk management, and stakeholder leadership.

You will implement processes, develop integrated baselines, manage change, and guide a team to deliver high-quality outputs while promoting safety and continuous improvement on high-value programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Project Controls within major capital projects or programmes.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, governance, change control, cost and risk management.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting tools (Primavera P3e, MS Project, Excel).
• Experience creating, adapting and monitoring project controls and integrated baselines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading or managing Project Controls teams.
• Recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM Professional.
• Knowledge of SAP and PPM systems is desirable.
