The Role

This is a critical position supporting the ongoing operation and expansion of London Stansted Airport. Working alongside the Senior Project Controller, you will be involved in reactive and proactive projects across the airport environment, managing schemes valued up to £90 million. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support related to Primavera P6
• Maintaining and updating project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Analyzing progress reports against project timelines
• Supporting overall project management
• Contributing to cash-flow forecasts for near, medium, and long-term capital projects
• Ensuring compliance with best practices within the PMO team

Success Criteria

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Experience with Primavera P6
• Ability to integrate Primavera P6 with other organizational systems
• Working towards RICS or equivalent membership
• Cost and commercial management experience
• Clear written communication skills
• Experience with actionable reporting
• Experience working in a live, operational environment
