Tended is seeking an Operations Scheduler to join its fast-growing team in the UK. You will build and optimize 6–12 week plans, converting project targets into practical field shift schedules for Implementation Leads. Your role directly impacts utilization and delivery efficiency across the rail safety portfolio.

Qualifications

• Scheduling and logistics talent with proven ability to plan, dispatch, and coordinate field activities.

• Strong spreadsheet skills and exceptional organization in fast-paced settings.
• Bonus for prior scheduling of shift-based/field teams in rail, construction, or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 6–12 week forward plans and translate deployment targets into shift schedules for field leads.
• Liaise with client stakeholders via phone, email, and in person to secure bookings and remove blockers.
• Reallocate resources and adjust schedules to target 80%+ utilization.
• Maintain equipment distribution schedules, training sign-offs, and data integrity across delivery systems.
• Track team performance and provide weekly utilization reports to Project Managers.

How You Will Make an Impact
