Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial issues.
2. Experience working within a matrix organization with minimal supervision.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
4. Interpersonal and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, or similar project accounting modules.
6. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
7. BCom/MBA or equivalent degree.
8. Experience with PCA tools and processes.
9. Experience in a multicultural, global environment.
10. Ability to drive change and influence across functional lines.

Responsibilities

1. Manage project controllership and financial reporting according to internal control policies.
2. Coordinate project reviews from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project teams.
3. Analyze project performance, propose improvements for contract margins and cash flows, and develop corrective actions for risks.
4. Develop knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline.
5. Understand key business drivers and how team efforts contribute to broader objectives.
6. Make decisions within a defined framework, seeking guidance from senior team members when necessary.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as an effective interface.
