Qualifications and Skills:

• BCom/MBA or equivalent degree
• Fluent in English
• Excellent skills in Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Strong experience with PCA tools and related processes
• Previous experience in a multicultural global environment
• Ability to drive change through functional reporting lines and influence management

Responsibilities:

• Manage the controllership and financial reporting of projects according to internal control rules. Ensure project accounting aligns with company guidelines, define milestones, and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
• Organize project reviews from initiation to completion of each contract, ensuring consistency with project teams.
• Analyze execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margins and cash flow, as well as corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Develop knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in the discipline to execute policies and strategies, while developing functional skills.
• Understand key business drivers and how the work of the team contributes to broader objectives.
• Make decisions within a defined framework, resolving issues using judgment and knowledge; consult senior team members when outside defined policies.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface for customer-facing roles.
