FG Library is seeking a Project Consultant to join our sales team and lead end-to-end projects from initial client conversations to final delivery. You will translate client visions into creative briefs for in-house designers and present tailored solutions to secure final approvals.
The role involves regular travel to meetings, sites, and stakeholders across the UK, working with our Northampton HQ, Clerkenwell showroom, and four manufacturing sites.
At FG Library, we don’t just supply furniture, we design inspiring library and learning environments that shape communities, support education, and transform spaces across the UK and internationally.
With over 25 years of expertise, we are the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of library interiors, working with public sector organisations, schools, universities and local authorities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Project Consultant to join our industry-leading sales team.
This is far more than a traditional sales position. As Project Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of exciting, varied projects, from initial conversations through to completed spaces.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their vision, translate requirements into creative briefs for our in-house designers, and ultimately present and secure the final solution.
You’ll inherit a strong, well-established territory, with an existing pipeline and relationships, alongside the freedom to develop new opportunities and grow the region.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
(Flexibility required to meet the demands of the role)
This is a unique opportunity to step into a creative, consultative sales role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping shape environments that genuinely make a difference, from schools and universities to public libraries and community spaces.
If you’re driven by building relationships, winning projects, and being part of something tangible and rewarding, we’d love to hear from you.
