Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is helping a top London contractor recruit a Project Commercial Manager with NEC contract expertise. You will manage commercial activities across the full project lifecycle, from inception to handover, in a fast-paced refurbishment environment.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record with NEC contracts, experience in Client Contractor relationships, and oversight of projects ranging from £20m to £60m in value in Central London and the West End.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts on large-scale projects.
• Cradle to Grave commercial management of £20m-£60m projects.
• Experience in Client Contractor relationships is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects from inception to handover on NEC-based projects.
• Lead client and contractor negotiations and settlements.
• Ensure profit targets and contractual risk are managed.

The company have a long history in the London Refurbishment market and have a real specialism in Historic buildings across all sectors in Central London and the West End. A key area for growth in the company project portfolio is in the Public Sector, under specific framework arrangements. These special Projects are generally dealt with under NEC form of contract, and we are seeking Project Commercial Managers with an expertise in NEC contracts.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a long track record working with NEC contracts, most likely in a long term "Client Contractor" relationship, with strong and collaborative understanding underpinning the success of all parties. Successful candidates will be responsible for "Cradle to Grave" commercial management of projects ranging from £20m to £60m in value.
