Job summary

The Project Co‑Ordinator is responsible for managing the global custom process for Device, Membrane, Paper products, and Lateral Flow/Reagent Analysis Services across both the Lab Filtration and Diagnostics & Genomics business units. This position reports to the Project Manager and is part of the Product Operations Team located in Cardiff and will be an on‑site role. What you will do:

• Lead and oversee Simple Custom projects end-to-end, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, scope is aligned with business objectives, resources are effectively coordinated, and projects are delivered successfully from initiation through closure, including appropriate revenue recognition activities.
• Assume overall accountability for the successful execution of Simple Custom projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, compliance, customer, and business requirements while maintaining robust project governance and documentation standards.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decision-making, and execution throughout the custom development lifecycle to achieve project objectives and agreed milestones.
• Proactively manage project performance, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential barriers to success. Escalate appropriately, influence stakeholders, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and business commitments.
• Serve as the central coordination point for internal stakeholders and global project teams, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
