Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Operator for the Cardiff site. You will set up and run production machines in a cleanroom environment, following strict protocols and safety requirements, contributing to quality and on‑time delivery.

This on‑site role supports the operations team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will work independently or in a team, paying close attention to details and process improvements while collaborating with the wider Danaher system

• Previous experience of working in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Someone with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines according to specifications and cleanroom / laboratory protocols.
• Highlight any safety or quality issues and participate in resolution of these issues as required.
• Participate in using Danaher Business System tools to meet daily core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost.

The Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing a range of products at our Cardiff Site. This position reports to the Production Team Leader and is part of the Operations Team located in Cardiff and will be an on‑site role.
