Job summary

Johnson BIM is seeking a BIM Coordinator/Manager to drive BIM implementation on high-profile projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop BIM Execution Plans, and ensure data integrity and model coordination throughout project lifecycles.

The role requires engagement on-site weekly at a project near Oxford; travel to regional offices may be needed. Strong mentoring and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Coordinator/Manager experience in AEC.
• Strong knowledge of Solibri/ACC; understand Revit & Civil 3D.
• Familiar with ISO 19650 standards and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM processes across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans per project.
• Support design teams with digital tools and workflows.
