Job summary

Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group in London is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive BIM strategy across multiple MEP projects and lead digital delivery.

You will coordinate Revit MEP, Navisworks and BEPs, enforce ISO 19650 standards, manage the CDE, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Design Managers, Project Managers and commercial teams to deliver integrated building services solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM strategy across multiple projects in MEP/building services.
• Strong coordination and technical delivery across design to construction.
• Proficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM strategy and digital delivery across multiple MEP projects.
• Manage the production, coordination and review of MEP BIM models.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project standards and digital workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure integrated building services solutions.
• Lead clash detection reviews using Navisworks and coordinate design resolution meetings.
• Ensure ISO 19650 standards and client BIM requirements are followed.
• Manage CDE processes and document control procedures.
• Collaborate with Design Managers, Project Managers and commercial teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Review consultant and subcontractor models for quality and buildability.
• Support project delivery through design coordination, technical reviews and model validation.
• Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital construction methodologies.
