Job summary

Medpace in Stirling is seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join the Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance team. You will provide day-to-day project support, assist with case processing and reporting, and help maintain trackers and status reports for the department.

Applicants should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and English communication proficiency. A Turkish language knowledge is a plus, and a university degree is not required.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.
• Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Turkish language would be a plus.
• National 5 English/Science/Maths A-C, Highers or Advanced Highers – desirable. University degree not required.
