Job summary

Medpace is seeking an office-based Project Assistant to join the Clinical Safety team in Stirling for a full-time role. You will support day-to-day project tasks, assist safety coordinators with case follow-up, and help manage the main mailbox and trackers, ensuring timely status reporting.

Ideal candidates have GCSEs and administrative experience, with strong English communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• GCSEs required (English, Science and Maths)
• A-levels desirable
• Administrative experience beneficial
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
• Great attention to detail and English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.
• Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
• Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
• Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
• Assist with case processing activities as delegated.
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
