Job summary

CMI Architecture is seeking a Project Architect & Architectural Technologist to join our Milton Keynes team. You will lead technical drawing packages and produce construction documentation for diverse residential and commercial projects.

The role requires ARB/RIBA/MCIAT membership, strong detailing skills and experience across RIBA work stages. We offer development opportunities, private healthcare and a supportive, collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages.
ARB / RIBA / MCIAT membership required.
Experience in UK practice and regulatory compliance.
Strong detailing and construction documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
Prepare planning applications, drawings and necessary documentation.
Collaborate with architects and design team.
Coordinate information with external consultants, contractors and authorities.
Undertake site visits, surveys and inspections.
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
Assist with tender documentation and contract administration.
Mentor junior team members.
