Conrad Consulting are exclusively recruiting for a prominent and well known firm close to Chester. They are home to approximately 10 Architectural staff with a wealth of experience between them. Their Directorship team have been at the helm for years and in doing so have built an excellent reputation within the local community and further afield.

Typically, their workload falls within the Residential sector. Think of Rural buildings; barn conversions, farmhouses and similar developments. If you know Cheshire you will see their type of project work dotted across the rural landscape and likely be familiar with it. They can often be larger schemes including masterplanning,

They are looking for this Project Architect or Senior Architect to have a sensitivity to this type of work and a genuine interest in delivering similar projects.

They can accommodate individuals with experience using most Architectural software, their busy team use AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation or whatever they prefer to produce the highest quality of work possible.
