Are you a forward-thinking Data Architect who can help shape and drive our data strategy? We have a fantastic opportunity at JELD-WEN Europe!

At Data Architect, you will have direct influence over how data is captured, organised, secured, and used across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics and working closely with the IT Strategy Director, you will deploy a European strategy to simplify our business and improve performance. In this pivotal role, you will standardise product data, using a PLM solution, to create, manage, and use product data throughout the European organisation.

With a passion for creating order within data structures, you possess expertise in data definitions, analytic end-to-end architecture, and PLM tools such as Autodesk & SolidWorks.

This is a remote role FTC for 12 months that can be based from any of our EU locations. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.

What your impact will be:

• Proven experience working as a data architect or similar role
• Detailed knowledge of setting up product data and how this can be used in downstream processes
• In-depth technical knowledge of modern PLM tools e.g., Autodesk
• Familiarity with complex product data models
• Experience in designing product data governance models
• Exposure to and understanding of Master Data Management, machine learning, and automation requirements
• Manufacturing experience, specifically in construction products, is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with and influence staff at all levels

What you'll need to succeed:
