Job summary

Arise Recruit Ltd is partnering with a well-established design-led architectural practice in East Sussex to recruit a talented Architect. The role offers the chance to lead as Project Architect with direct client management and clear progression.

The candidate should be ARB registered with 2–3 years post-qualification experience, strong detailing, and a solid grasp of UK Building Regulations, plus professional experience using Revit. Hybrid working with 2 days from home is available.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical detailing ability.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Professional experience using Revit.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Produce technical drawing packages and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations.
• Work across multiple live projects simultaneously.
