Job summary

Arise Recruit is partnering with a design-led practice in East Sussex to add an Architect to their team. This hybrid role supports projects from early RIBA stages through technical delivery, with client and consultant coordination across multiple schemes.

Ideal candidates are ARB registered with 1–3 years PQE, strong detailing, and solid knowledge of UK building regulations. Revit experience is preferred for delivering Stage 4 information.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with 1–3 years PQE.
• Strong detailing ability and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Produce technical drawing packages and specifications.
• Deliver detailed Stage 4 technical information.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations.
• Work across multiple live projects simultaneously.
