Job summary
Arise Recruit is working with a well-established architectural practice in East Sussex to recruit an ARB Registered Technical Architect to lead technical delivery and project coordination.
You will manage Stage 4 information, prepare drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with UK building regulations while coordinating with clients and consultants across several live projects. Hybrid working is available with 2 days from home.
Qualifications
- ARB Registered Architect with UK practice experience.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD or Vectorworks.
- Excellent communication and coordination with teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple live projects and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Produce technical drawing packages and specifications.
- Deliver detailed Stage 4 technical information.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations.
- Work across multiple live projects simultaneously.
