Job summary

Bimplus, based near Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a Project Architect to lead education, healthcare, and commercial projects through all RIBA stages. You will collaborate with the design team, liaise with contractors, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have ARB registration, UK project experience, and strong AutoCAD/Revit skills, with a keen eye for detail and communication.

Qualifications

• ARB registered and chartered architect status in the UK.
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working on education or healthcare sectors.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Strong conceptual and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Tunbridge Wells area.
