Job summary

HunterDunning Ltd. is seeking an Architect in Brighton to lead leisure-project delivery, coordinating design through RIBA stages and engaging directly with clients. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to drive technical information and coordinate with consultants.

You will run schemes from design development to technical delivery, lead client meetings, and ensure design quality and programme alignment across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven project-running experience across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Client-facing experience, including leading meetings and presentations.
• Previous experience working on leisure-sector projects.
• Strong technical coordination and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Overview of the Role

An Architect role with an established architectural practice based in Brighton focusing on the design and technical delivery of leisure-sector projects. The position will involve running projects through relevant RIBA stages, coordinating technical information and working directly with clients. Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are required, along with proven project-running and client-facing experience.

Practice & Project Information

The position is with an established architectural practice working on leisure projects. You will contribute to the delivery of schemes from design development through technical stages, coordinating architectural information and supporting programme milestones. The role combines technical responsibility, design input and direct communication with clients and consultants.
