• ARB Registered Architect with good post qualification experience within a UK practice.
• Required proficiency with AutoCAD; experience in managing projects across sectors is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation.
• Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure high quality delivery producing drawings.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Architectural practice who work on a range of multi-phase projects across a range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Cambridge.

Duties for the role of Project Architect:

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
• Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Good post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
• Experience with Revit is desirable
• Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
• Job running experience
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
