Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a capable Project Manager to plan and execute conference room projects. You will coordinate with customers, facilities, IT, and vendors, and manage procurement, delivery, installation, and UAT.

You will track schedules, budgets, risks, and escalations, drive governance meetings and status reporting, and ensure a smooth transition to support teams. The role requires strong communication and reporting skills, with experience in budget management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering conference room projects.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, facilities, IT and vendors.
• Experience in procurement, delivery, installation and UAT.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks and escalations.
