Linconwaves Innovation Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of complex software projects. You will collaborate with engineering, product and design to ensure on-time, in-scope, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate multiple initiatives, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews. Strong communication and risk-management skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management in tech or software development.
• Experience delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana or Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile principles.
