Active Flooring Solutions Limited in Morley, near Leeds, is recruiting a Project Administrator to join our busy team. You will support project managers and site teams, handling orders, paperwork, health and safety documents, and invoice checks.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communicator.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with administration preferred, especially in construction or flooring (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Place orders for materials.
• Prepare paperwork ahead of project start.
• Pull together health and safety information for projects.
• Assist with sub-contract floor layer payment process.
• Assist with supplier invoice checks.
• Monitor drawing changes and keep records up to date.
• Answer telephones and handle general queries.
• Use in-house systems (training provided).
