Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Leicester is seeking a Contracts Manager (Flooring) to step up from flooring project management into contracts leadership. You will take ownership of multiple sites, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and manage daily site issues to keep projects on schedule.

Based from the Leicester office, you will travel between sites across the East Midlands, overseeing 10–15 live sites at once and keeping clients updated on progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring projects and site delivery.
• Ready to move into contracts management and take ownership of sites.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel.

Are you a Flooring Project Manager or a Flooring Supervisor looking to step up into Contracts Management, where you can take ownership of multiple sites and build a long term career with a busy, growing contractor?

Do you want a role where you can move off the tools and into a position with responsibility, autonomy and a stable pipeline of work? Are you comfortable travelling between sites and leading teams on site while keeping projects running smoothly?

This established specialist flooring contractor has built a strong workload in new build housing and is now growing further into commercial projects as the business continues to expand. Known for looking after their staff and rewarding the right people, they are now looking to bring in someone with flooring knowledge who can develop into a key member of the contracts team.

You will be based from the office in Leicester, setting up your day before travelling out to sites across the East Midlands and surrounding areas. You will oversee delivery across 10 to 15 live sites at any one time, coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing day to day site issues and keeping clients updated on progress.

This role would suit someone with a strong flooring background who is ready to take the step into contract management, wants stability and long term prospects, and is keen to grow with a company that is on an upward trajectory.
