The Project Administrator role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage all aspects of project administration and provide general support to the technical team. This is a permanent position in which you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, supporting Directors, Project Leads, and their teams as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Oracle, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, people-orientated environment, juggling many priorities at once
  • Experience of working within a professional services and/or built environment business is preferred
  • Good organisational, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A proactive mind-set and good team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A confident personality that can communicate and engage at all levels

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go to person for the administration of a project, supporting the Directors, Project Leads and their teams as required
  • Undertake aspects of document control
  • Manage and maintain project records on SharePoint & server ensuring that the relevant information is in the appropriate project folders
  • Assist in the coordination of project meetings i.e. preparation of agenda, minute taking and distribution
  • Assist in the supporting of project leads with providing research for bid submissions/proposals
  • Coordinate with commercial manager on implementation of strategic process for design management
  • Travel arrangements when required
  • Assist teams with resource planning
  • Assist teams with monitoring and completing their project plans
  • Provide support and cover to Project Administrators and Receptionists as required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
