Job summary

Vercity seeks a confident, highly organised Project Administrator to support our project at North Middlesex University Hospital and across Middlesex and Essex. You will prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders, report to the Assistant General Manager and provide hands-on administrative support across project delivery.

The role requires excellent administration, communication and organisational skills, with experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and a capability to handle

Responsibilities

  • Supporting delivery and compliance with the Project Agreement, finance documents and sub-contracts
  • Coordinating office communications, documentation and record management
  • Supporting service provider performance monitoring across hard and soft FM
  • Assisting with insurance and legal claims management documentation
  • Organising and supporting stakeholder meetings, committees and site reviews
  • Producing high-quality Board packs to agreed standards and timelines
  • Acting as a trusted operational partner to the General Manager(s)

Job description

Vercity is looking for a confident, highly organised Project Administrator to play a pivotal role in the management of our project at North Middlesex University Hospital and an additional 3 hospitals across Middlesex and Essex.

This is a role for someone who is a natural and proven organiser who can prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders - internally and externally - right to Board level. You thrive in fast-moving,complex environments, enjoys working at the heart of an operational team and can support the administration needs of a team of 10.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you'll provide hands‑on administrative support across all aspects of our project delivery, ensuring our contractual, financial and statutory obligations are met. Experience within facilities management and/or acute hospital settings in complex contractual projects would be a benefit, but the key skills are you administration skills and capability.

Key responsibilities
