Over the past 12 months, our Bristol team has experienced significant growth due to tender wins and organic growth from existing clients. This has transformed the Bristol infrastructure team into a young, energetic group seeking to continue this growth with team members who align with the team’s ethos.

The infrastructure team operates in both rural and urban environments, directly involved in delivering the infrastructure needed for the 21st century and beyond. Our services span sectors such as:

The Role

As the Infrastructure Team continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Administrator to support project and contract delivery from our Southern office. This role involves supporting the organisation and management of various projects.

Main tasks include:

  • Supporting the Bristol Infrastructure team and the wider South infrastructure team as needed
  • Providing administration, coordination, data analysis, reporting, document control, and preparing team presentations
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy through good record keeping and comprehensive file updates
  • Assisting with financial management tasks, including invoicing and monthly reports
  • Supporting company groups, initiatives, and events with ad hoc assistance
  • Ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and disciplines
  • Maintaining document and report accuracy for internal and external stakeholders
