Carter Jonas is a leading consultancy with the fastest growing team specialising in infrastructure delivery for major clients including Network Rail, HS2, National Highways, National Grid, Homes England, the Crown Estate, local councils and a number of water companies.

Over the previous 12 months our Bristol team has had the opportunity to significantly grow due to a number of tender wins and organic growth from existing clients. This has allowed the Bristol infrastructure team to become a young, energetic team who are looking to continue this growth with the right team members who fit the team’s ethos.

The infrastructure team:

Operating in both rural and urban environments, our Infrastructure teams are directly involved in delivering the world we need for the 21stCentury and beyond. We cover an array of services to clients within the following sectors:

  • Energy
  • Telecommunications
  • Utilities
  • Transport
  • Geospatial / GIS
  • Property / Asset management

The Role

Due to the continued expansion of the Infrastructure Team, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Administrator to join the team to support the organised delivery and management of a range of projects and contracts in our Southern office.

  • Providing support to the Bristol Infrastructure team and wider infrastructure south team when required
  • Provide administration, coordination, data analysis, reporting and document control and preparing team presentations
  • Ensure the levels of quality and accuracy meet with company and client requirements through good record keeping, and comprehensive file updates
  • Aid the financial management including invoicing and assist with delivering monthly reports when required
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events
  • Ensure coordination across internal teams/department/disciplines
  • Ensure accuracy of documents and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders

What will it take to be successful?

The successful candidate will be a excellent communicator, be highly organised and have a proactive approach to task. You will have a keen eye for detail and be a key team player with a problem-solving attitude and a strong commercial finance understanding.
