Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 1+ years of experience as an Amazon Account Manager
  • Conversational English at B2+ level
  • Experience in analytics and reporting

In this role, you will:
  • Receiving new clients from the sales department, gathering and organizing key information.
  • Transferring client data to other departments.
  • Conducting client meetings, discussing audits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients through chats and online meetings.
  • Resolving crisis situations with clients.
  • Monitoring task completion and ensuring KPI achievement.
  • Collaborating with contractors and other company departments.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyzing client statistics.
  • Verifying invoices and collecting client feedback.
  • Overseeing the PPC team
  • Analyzing and promptly identifying root causes of issues with products on Amazon, determining core factors, and finding effective solutions
