Job summary

The Archer Project in Sheffield is seeking a Progression Support Worker to join the Stability Team. The role focuses on supporting adults experiencing multiple disadvantages to build stability through personalised activities, volunteering, and wellbeing support.

You will use strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to help clients identify goals, access services, and engage in meaningful activities, with a focus on independence and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with multiple disadvantages or complex needs.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding safeguarding, professional boundaries, equality, diversity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, strengths-based support and case management.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals.
• Support people to access services, appointments, activities, and volunteering opportunities.
• Build partnerships with external agencies and community organisations.
• Coordinate support for individuals with complex needs.
• Promote health, wellbeing, confidence and social inclusion.
• Facilitate meaningful activities that build skills and routines.
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to impact reporting.
