Job Description

At USP College, all learners are allocated a Progress Coach who plays a key role in supporting and encouraging students throughout their learning journey. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between curriculum delivery and Student Support Services, working with learners and teachers to ensure a holistic, personalised educational experience that helps students achieve their goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate core project workshops tailored to learners' goals and training requirements.
  2. Monitor and review individual study programs and progress cycles.
  3. Coordinate and develop individual learning plans and routes for students.
  4. Support learners in reflecting on their progress and setting personalised targets.
  5. Collaborate with the Well-being Team to monitor attendance and support intervention strategies.
  6. Utilise various activities, courses, and organisations to provide additional support to students.
  7. Assist in delivering careers information and promoting the Work Experience program.
  8. Compile UCAS references for students progressing to Higher Education or employment.
  9. Provide energetic, flexible support to help students overcome learning barriers.
  10. Build relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress.
Job Requirements
