The Sixth Form Bolton is seeking a motivated Progress Coach to join our pastoral team. You will work with a cohort of students, delivering group tutorials and one-to-one coaching to help them overcome barriers and achieve their personal best.

CONTRACT Term time only HOURS 36.25 hours per week SALARY Starting at Scale Point 19: £36,564, with annual progression to Scale Point 23: £41,019 (pro rata) START DATE As soon as possible Make a real difference to students' lives We are looking for a motivated and approachable Progress Coach to join our dedicated pastoral team. You will support a cohort of students throughout their sixth‑form journey, combining engaging group tutorials with purposeful one‑to‑one coaching, progress monitoring and targeted pastoral intervention. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who can build trusting relationships, respond calmly to challenge and help young people develop the confidence, independence and skills they need to succeed academically, personally and professionally.
Relevant qualifications or experience in youth work, teaching, mentoring, counselling, coaching or safeguarding would be an advantage.
