Allerton Grange School is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Year Manager to join our Behaviour and Welfare Team. This non-teaching role focuses on student progress and wellbeing, with emphasis on Year 7 and the Year 6 to Year 7 transition.

We wish to appoint a well-motivated and talented Year Manager to join our Behaviour and Welfare Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student progress and wellbeing, with a particular focus on Year 7 and ensuring a smooth and successful transition from Year 6 to secondary school. This Progress and Welfare Manager role (often called a Head of Year or Pastoral Lead in some schools) is a non-teaching professional position. Working closely with the Key Stage Leader, the postholder will help to embed the four cornerstones of the KLAS curriculum: knowledge, literacy, aspirational enrichment and social mobility.
