Job summary

Change Grow Live in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Programmes Facilitator to deliver psychosocial group interventions at HMP Erlestoke. You will facilitate the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork, supporting recovery and behaviour change among individuals affected by drug and alcohol use.

You will conduct assessments, provide motivational one-to-one support, and work closely with prison staff, healthcare professionals and partner agencies to promote safer, healthier
