Job summary

Change Grow Live in the United Kingdom seeks a Programmes Facilitator to deliver engaging psychosocial group interventions at HMP Erlestoke. The role includes facilitating the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork to support recovery and behaviour change within a custodial setting.

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers ongoing training, a contributory pension, generous annual leave, wellbeing support and career progression opportunities within a values-driven team.

As a Programmes Facilitator, you will empower people affected by drug and alcohol use to build brighter futures through recovery-focused programmes.

Where: HMP Erlestoke

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
