Pinc College in Bolton is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support learners aged 16-25 as they gain work experience, improve employability and prepare for future opportunities. You will work across college campuses and employer sites, coaching students to develop independence and confidence, build strong employer relationships and maintain accurate records while promoting wellbeing and inclusive practice.

This role requires experience with SEND, EHCPs, safeguarding knowledge and a collaborative

Qualificações

• Experience working with young people with SEND, including those with EHCPs.
• Experience within Further Education, specialist provision or employability programmes.
• Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, inclusive practice and student support.
• Excellent organisation, record-keeping and IT skills.
• A commitment to helping young people achieve meaningful progression outcomes.

Pinc College is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support learners aged 16-25 as they engage in meaningful work experience, employability programmes and workplace learning opportunities. Working across college campuses and employer sites, you'll play a key role in helping students prepare for employment, supported internships, volunteering and further education.
