Job summary

Pinc College in Macclesfield is recruiting a creative Teacher to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 programmes for 16–25 students, including those with SEND. You will teach in inspiring cultural environments, using asset-based approaches that connect learning to real-world contexts.

Join a values-led, campus-based team and collaborate with support staff and external partners to support progression and achievement. This role also offers the chance to influence inclusive practice across the college.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching young people with SEND in Further Education or specialist provision.
• Strong communication, organisation and digital creative skills.
• A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary creative learning programmes
• Supporting students to achieve strong academic, personal and progression outcomes
• Tracking progress, assessing work and contributing to EHCP reviews
• Working collaboratively with support staff, families and external partners
• Building relationships with cultural venues and community organisations to enrich learning experiences
