Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Specialist Security Advisor to advise clients, architects, engineers, suppliers and project managers on security risk in capital programmes across sectors including life sciences, defence, data centres and critical national infrastructure.

The role focuses on designing, implementing and monitoring security controls, leading governance and assurance, and delivering clear guidance to strengthen security across major projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing security strategies and governance frameworks.
• Subject matter expert on major projects or programmes.
• Experience in supply chain security assurance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand and interpret programme security requirements expressed in security schedules and SALs.
• Design, implement and monitor security controls for capital programmes.
• Lead security risk management, governance and assurance for and on behalf clients.
• Support the development and implementation of security frameworks to protect critical assets and business operations.
• Offer clear, structured guidance and advice to strengthen security.
• Author and review security governance documents for and on behalf of clients.
