Job summary

British Steel in Scunthorpe is seeking a PMO Manager to establish and lead the Project Management Office, delivering transformation across a complex industrial business.

You will build governance, oversee programme performance, costs, benefits and dependencies, and influence senior leadership through clear reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation, operational improvement or capital investment programmes.
• Strong PMO, portfolio management or programme experience.
• Expertise in governance, financial controls and benefits realisation.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
