Overview of Role:

We are seeking a Programme Performance Associate specializing in Reporting to join our expanding Manchester-based team, supporting high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes. This role offers opportunities for innovation and collaboration within our Data Performance & Reporting community and award-winning Programme Performance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project delivery teams, either embedded or independent, to:
  • Enhance data and performance reporting processes to improve efficiency and client benefits.
  • Create tailored data performance and reporting management plans aligned with project needs, data maturity, and best practices.
  • Advocate for Data Performance and Reporting within delivery teams.
  • Implement integrated data and reporting hierarchies and methodologies.
  • Assist in defining KPIs and performance measures.
  • Lead teams of data professionals to deliver consistent and valuable performance information across complex programmes.
  • Present data performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to aid decision-making.
  • Train and mentor clients and junior team members on reporting practices.
  • Engage in line management and professional development activities.
  • Regularly review and improve reporting practices to ensure they meet client requirements and add value.

Requirements:

  • Experience with data and digital reporting in complex projects.
  • Proven support experience in project controls and reporting systems setup.
  • Practical knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress and performance reporting, forecasting.
  • Understanding of how Programme Performance components (Planning, Cost Control, Scope, Change Control, Risk) interact with reporting.
  • Familiarity with Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, nPlan, etc.).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps).
