Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking Case Administrators to support probation teams and help keep the public safe. You will work across various locations, with hybrid working arrangements and a 37-hour week, starting at £24,645 per year for new entrants to the Civil Service.

The role offers opportunities to work in Probation Delivery Units, Courts, Prisons, and other settings, with a focus on efficient processes, data handling, and frontline stakeholder enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Case administrators are based in a wide variety of settings, including PDUs, Courts, Prisons and other locations depending on business requirements.
• As a case administrator, you'll ensure processes run efficiently, systems are maintained, and probation information is prepared for case files; you'll use strong communication skills to handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation in a busy environment.
