University of Oxford seeks a proactive project operations lead to manage the DFAT project and related activities within the What Works Hub for Global Education. You will coordinate plans, budgets, and donor reporting, working with academic, technical and operational colleagues to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and a track record of managing complex projects with donors across

• You will have undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing research or policy projects is preferred.
• Ability to report to donors on major multi-country projects and develop funding proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational planning, coordination and delivery of the DFAT project and other assigned projects within the What Works Hub for Global Education.
• Oversee budgets, resources and risks, and support governance and programme planning.
• Coordinate with international partners, funders and university colleagues to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
